BEST WESTERN PLUS Poconos

The staff was very accommodating I had an issue with my credit card and they were more than patient help me get through it cuz on my side it was very trying for me and the gentleman that was at the desk was very very polite and nice all the staff that I had encountered there everyone was excellent from the girls that work in the kitchen to the girls that clean the rooms and there was a few gentlemen I'm not sure who they were but they were also very polite and very very helpful I had to leave early because my wife had a medical condition and they were very helpful and prompt to help me get on my way I had to leave a day early but my wife's doctor wanted us to get back so she could get in the hospital and like I said the staff the place everybody was nice really nice highly recommend it to anyone

Very close to a large outlet mall Very friendly hosts. My bad My bathroom only had a tub no stand-up shower. But the tub was a 2-person red heart shaped jet tub. Only down fall was that the end stairs and landings were never cleaned and the garbage that was there on Friday was still there on Monday at check out and the beer cans and boxes in the parking lot out back needed to be picked up. Overall, a nice stay but a little pick up of the facility was needed.

More variety would make for a lovelier breakfast, but I guess you have your limitations. However, your breakfast was outstanding. They were so very busy and still dealt with the requests from the guests professionally and with kindness… well done!

Roomy, clean, great location, plenty of and good breakfast. We would stay again. Staff were nice too. Like that it’s close to the highway. We would come back to stay again.
