Room is clean and quiet. Services are friendly. Swimming pool is good.

had the room with the heart shaped tub for our anniversary. it was pleasant. room was clean. bed was a little uncomfey. clean hotel could use some updating but it was right by the outlets highway camelbeach 5 minutes away. room was big. bigger than most single king bed rooms I have stayed at. staff was very pleasant and helpful!

The breakfast was wonderful everything was fresh, and hot they had batter for you to make your own waffle my daughter really enjoyed making her waffle she love that the waffle had a heart shape in the center with there logo…..perfect location about a minute away from the Poconos premium outlet mall.

The facility was clean, Iris and the gentleman we found at the front desk the second day was also nice. He offered to give me and my husband pics in front of their decorated Christmas tree. I actually liked the pic I took next to the wrapped presents. I loved the fact that we were given a room next to the pool and we also parked the car next to the pool and close proximity to our room. We also liked the fact that they had nice tables with chairs in the hallway where we had dinner the first night and breakfast the second day.
